Cancellation Policy

| * During any cancellation, a $250 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to: |
| * 150 to 90 days prior to arrival, money received is 80% refundable |
| * 45 to 89 days prior to arrival, money received is 40% refundable |
| * 44 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable |
| * In all cases if the cabin can be rebooked for the same dates an at the same rate you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee |
| * Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued. |
