| * During any cancellation, a $500 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to: |
| * 365 to 180 days prior to arrival, balance of money received is 75 % refundable |
| * 179 to 91 days prior to arrival, balance of money received is 40% refundable |
| * 90 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable |
| * Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued. |
